Many nonreligious couples feel that premarital counseling is aimed at religious couples and assumes a religious outlook. Couples told me they would like support for the conversions that premarital counseling offers, but without the religious nature. This workbook arises from a Humanist tradition, which is confidently and sincerely nonreligious, and which honors the partnership of marriage.
